Mostly daily mumbles of a mom, wife, teacher, you name it, on a quest to be healthy, fit, and free. WW and Walking has helped me loose 50 lbs and now I've got the next 30 to work on. I love me my bikes and want to explore more biking options and delve into other fitness areas. I want and need to cook more and continue living a healthy life.

Another Week
Not much to report on the diet scene. I am going to monitor my points. I've lost 12 lbs so far and I need to be eating more with in my points I think and not getting into the exercise or 35 or whatever....Walking is going well....I want to go a bit longer or do more hills...something....praying my knee holds out.....! Wanting to fit yoga in and more bike riding....soon the weather will get better...but it gets dark earlier too....we'll see.

ReplyDeleteAnd then I saw you had this little blog and I am feeling a bit downtrodden and frumpy today...haven't walked in 2 weeks and although the scale says my weight is still trending down... i feel all squishy and icky and just so CRANKY and not ME!
So, now I feel better since it's not jsut me trying to fit everything in without total success. I guess I should settle for partial success and go from there?
Hope your day becomes the best one yet!
ps- the random word for me to confirm I'm human was opiated... I said I was feeling icky, but I'm not in need of opiates... yet!
