Not much to report on the diet scene. I am going to monitor my points. I've lost 12 lbs so far and I need to be eating more with in my points I think and not getting into the exercise or 35 or whatever....Walking is going well....I want to go a bit longer or do more hills...something....praying my knee holds out.....! Wanting to fit yoga in and more bike riding....soon the weather will get better...but it gets dark earlier too....we'll see.
