Monday Weigh In

Weekly Totals
I'm up 1/2 lb.?????  Whatever....

Exercise Totals: 
Walked Jack: 16 miles
Biked: 26 miles 

My goal for this week is to do better than last week!!! 

I think the weight gain is water. It's been very hot I'm not worried. One morning I weighed in I was a lb less...I can't eat all the WW points...why eat if I'm not hungry.
